Rental etiquette. My thoughts.

So, I came home tonight to find a note jammed under my apartment door, informing me that they are showing my apartment starting tomorrow. According to the Landlord and Tenant act, they have to give me 24 hours notice. I never got the note till 9pm tonight, so that effectively rules out tomorrow's showing, correct? Oh well, whatever. Ya shoulda left the porn there. They can suck it up if they don't like it. What are they going to do, evict you? Oh yeah, they're already doing that.

lol.... The porn is now on the coffee table. A well placed copy of "Outlooks" and "Gay Calgary" are on my kitchen counter.

Well not quite the statement that strewn-about porn would've been, but its okay. Did they have the showing today?

As of yesterday, there hasn't been any showings, that I am aware of.....

Well, Just to be sure, I left some papers right in the doorway, and you'd think if they came in, they'd most likely pick them up..... when I got home last night, they were still in the exact same spot.... You couldn't go in there without stepping on them......
