Yup, I am still here. It has been one busy, amazing, and frustrating month. My trip to NOLA was absolutly fantastic. Even though my ankles swelled to the size of a small dog I was not going to be held back. thge music was incredable, nowhere can you hear the quality or types of music played in New Orleans. Rail travel is pretty luxe. Going through the nation on the ground always refreshes my patriotism.

Cooling, waking, turbine energy to your lymph nodes.

I am glad you made it there and back safely.
I am thrilled to hear the french quarter is going strong. There is not much mention of it these days. :(

Have you consulted a naturopath yet? There may be things you can do with diet to relieve some symptoms.

I love to travel by train and far prefer it to driving. But it is usualy quite expensive. Maybe with the price of gas it will look better.

I am going to Wiscon. See you there?

I'm one of the folks that traveled with B to NOLA. Re: train travel being expensive, our per person cost for round-trip tickets, which included a small sleeping compartment, turn-down service and all meals (which ranged from acceptable to delicious) came to $315. I don't consider that too expensive, in comparison to flying and its inherent inconveniences. Like B, I look forward to using this method of transport a lot more, if time allows.
