My dear, I feel for you:) I get through these things by reading, something that takes me away to another place, another world, and for the 3-4 hours it takes me to read the book I don't hurt. I am not very tired and I return to my life refreshed. Of course, nothing got done but it probably wouldn't get done anyway and I would have spend the whole time feeling bad about not "doing". Tom tells me that knowing what you have gone through he would not opt for getting any kind of organ transplant if it was required to go on living. He doesn't feel he could stand up to it. You are an amazing man to have managed as well as you have through all the awful little inconveniences, pains, illness, and just general unpleasantness, let alone those that most people would not call little at all. I hope you continue to hang in there as the world would be less bright without you in it.
