I made Gumbo Ya Ya for dinner tonight, with cornbread. It was delicious! I hadn't planned on making dessert until I got the new issue of Southern Living in the mail today (I subscribe for recipes and to drool over pictures of gardens and porches) - there was a recipe in there for honey flan. Since we had all the ingredients I couldn't not make it,
