It seems to me that, while moaning about leadership people don’t want leadership so much as someone to point them at the next thing to be outraged about. Or perhaps that’s become their definition of leadership. But it seems to me that every day I get up and go “Oh look. Somebody’s cranked up the Outrage Machine.”
