My back is fucked up again. Every so often, in an otherwise completely normal position, i'll get some nasty spasm that almost brings me to the floor. Odds are it's some combination of leaning backwards over a counter to wire some undercabinet lights yesterday, swinging mjolner around whlie setting ground rods this past week, or just plain
