I found this interesting site from EarthSave International. If you take the 60 day VegPledge you get a 6 month subscription to Vegetarian Times. Not a bad deal for saving the animals and helping the earth.
They even have Kevin Nealon from Sat Night Live on the page...I didn't know he was veg.http

Yes, they want people to "kick it up a notch" (I can't believe I used that saying). If you eat meat-try a vegetarian diet for 2 months. If you are vegetarian, try vegan. I am using it to renew my vegan diet. I found out 6 months ago I am allergic to wheat so the vegan diet was returned to vegetarian till I could figure out a new way of eating.
