NRWC Meal Plan

I have no idea if this will happen, but I have to try. I revised it slightly when it suddenly occurred to me that I shouldn't be eating meat on a Friday. :D
I'm starting a breakdown list of the things I can prep beforehand, make beforehand, and purchase as complete as possible from the store. Tomorrow night will probably be making the GF bread (I use the Gluten Free Pantry French Bread & Pizza Crust mix) and possibly doing some of the prep for the soups.
I'm very excited about this. While I love camping with my household, it's too complicated to do a completely medieval (or medieval-oid) meal plan and make sure everyone gets fed. Only having to make one or two portions of any of this stuff will be much more manageable.

Breakfast (2 times early)
Sausage (1) (Saturday)
Boiled Beef (Sunday)
Cheese
GF Bread
GF Beer

Dinner (2 times 2 or 3 in the afternoon)
Salat dressed with vinegar and oil (Both days)
(Friday) Peas
(Friday) Sprouts
(Friday) Congur in Sawse (will probably use a white fish)
(Friday) Perys en Composte
(Saturday) Leeks & Bacon
(Saturday) Buttered wortes
(Saturday) Boiled Beef
(Saturday) Emperors Fritters
Dried fruits & spices to close (Both days)

Supper (2 times after dusk)
(Friday) Green Poree (p. 69 of Medieval Kitchen)
(Saturday) Herb Soup
GF Bread
Cheese
