I went to the doctor on Tuesday for my results and it turns out I have a herniated disc. I asked for a referral for physical therapy and am still waiting to hear back on that. I am hoping it helps and if not than I will have to try steroid injections. It was overwhelming and I'm very glad Eric went with me

have you looked at 10,000 waves in santa fe? they have beautiful outside hot tubs, massages, etc. some nice packages.

I am so sorry to hear you have a herniated disc. :( I do hope though, that this will be one of those cases where now that you have your diagnosis, more progress will be made with helping you to feel better.

I am, conversely, very happy to hear that things are going well with the wedding planning. I'm so excited for you!
