I have a Classic Equine ESP pad and I love it. It forms to my horses back and fits him perfectly.

I've never had a message therapist out so I'm not help there, sorry.

Nice horse!

I agree with the ESP, although don't get a pad thinking it'll impact saddle fit, thats just not a good reason to get into it. They're nice, they absorb shock, but other than that they don't always do what they claim.
Impact gel is pretty good too.

I've never had a real massage therapist out, but I know that when I take the time to do some massage on my horses it helps. They're muscles get sore and stiff just like ours.

You two look good, welcome to the community.

The ESP sounds like a good choice, but so does Impact Gel. Its just a hard decison, deciding on what might work better. But than I think no matter what the saddle pad will be better than the one I'm using now.

Yeah, I'm getting one out this week to work on Brownie. He's been pretty stiff lately, and has trouble picking up his leads and keeping them. So I'm hoping that'll get worked out.

Thanks! And I'm glad to be a part of the comm and learning more and meeting more barrelracers. :)
