I hate to be a little bitch about it, but there's totally no wood in that stuffing recipe. Because there's no stuffing in that recipe at all. This recipe does things the right way and doesn't cook stuffing inside the bird.

I think fried turkey recipes are cooler b/c they call for making a turkey derrick. Turkey derricks >> hickory.
