The Day After Tomorrow really is an awful, awful movie.  Why is it always on when I turn on the TV?  And why do I feel compelled to watch this horrible shipwreck of a film?  Damn Roland Emmerich and his visual crack.  I mean it's not nearly as bad as Independence Day, but Jake Gyllenhaal should've known better.  I can forgive Dennis Quaid (he ( Read more... )

I don't think the guy is too choosy with his roles: i.e. Bubble Boy.

Everyone is allowed to do at least one bad comedy, as long as its at the beginning of their career. Vin Diesel and John Travolta got that one all confused.

But I've got a feeling that you're right, its not going to be Jake's last bad move.
