cool, how do you achieve that smooth effect on 09?

I'm not positive since I can't seem to find the .psd that I know I saved. I remember that it was a request from someone and the image wasn't HQ so I had to do a lot to smooth it out. I think it was Surface Blur (usually set the Radius to 60-75 and the Threshold to 12-14) and a layer mask to get rid of the bits that were too smooth. I used a similar technique on 32, 41 & 43.
