Copy/paste the CSS into notepad. CTRL + F, type in .userpic {.

Should bring up this:
.userpic {
display: none;
position: relative;
float: left;
background-color: #363636;
border: 0px #2E2E2E solid;
padding: 10px;
margin: -10px 5px 0px -180px;
z-index: 15;
}

Remove the display: none;. And there you go! You might also want to remove the display: none; on the .userpicfriends. This will display the userpics on you friends page as well.
