One of the Red Bird of Paradise plants I planted ten months ago has finally bloomed! One other plant is budding, but the other four haven't budded or bloomed yet.
A basketball court was recently built in the common area next to my house. A few kids are using it, but many kids still play in the street, creating a traffic hazard.
I bought a carpet to accent the area around my coffee table, sofa, and love seat. It has become one of Shadow's favorite spots to lie down.
I've been thinking of whipping up a concoction of Thai red curry with coconut milk, sausages, bell peppers, onions, ginger, and potatoes. I am trying to think of what else to add. This will either be wonderful or a complete disaster.
