but i do have the 5,6,7,8s which is not on your list but on your itunes. but, ummm, you prolly have that on cd.

That's so nice of you. I think I have everything you listed except for the Faint album (which I don't think I even listened to once) on my iPod still. I could use some 5.6.7.8s though if you wanna trade...

did you drive crash? ie., it works now, mac os recognizes it, except its empty?
or is it full on broken.

Nah, it's full on broken, like I think the magnetic thingy is grinding on the other thingy so I don't think any software or anything will be able to help it... boo. I've got it unplugged though just in case I win the lottery and am able to get stuff fixed.

I haven't tried iPodrip. I just have a little Applescript installed that allows me to import selected files. Is iPodrip better? Will it like, grab the entire contents of the iPod?
