Hauled myself out of bed this morning and traipsed through the slush to the Y. There was no one there. I mean it was 6:30 in the morning, but still. I rested on each an every machine, set the cross trainer for "35" minutes and laid completely naked in the Sauna. Born to be wild...

Went to visit George tonite. He's replaced my picture with that of some 21 year old guy from St. John's he met on the internet. Still, we had an ok time, while he regaled me with stories of Studio 54 and stuffed me full of wine and lasagna. Went to see Mamma Mia tonight with Steve and Lionel. We orginally planned to go 3 years ago, but one thing and another kept foiling our plans. The fact that it's closing in a couple of weeks kinda forced the issue.

Tonite we're having seafood...5 different varieties (scallops, salmon, prawns, mussels and crab. A vortex has formed where my parents' diets once existed and it threatens to devour everything in its path...oh wait, that's me...I'm devouring everything in my path. Thank god I'm leaving tomorrow...
