hi there! i came by fotometria's journal and i really loved the way your sushi looks like.
is it hard to roll the rice, and, could you help me out and teach me how to do some sushi? i mean, boiling the rice and all that stuff?

It's easy, especially if you have the roller (I bought it for $2 at an Asian grocery store), and I cooked the rice in a rice cooker ($14 at Target). It's really not difficult at all. Maybe someday I'll post a pictoral demonstration. :)
