I think you're likely right regarding the UK situation. And you're definitely right about the proxies. Speaking of which, I do need to poke you ICly about a proxy, I'm just not sure if you're kind of wanting to avoid it OOCly or not. Let me know and I'll pick up IC accordingly. :)
