Man, this has me so bummed - certainly more than I thought it would. I only met Frankie Manning briefly a few times, but swing literally turned my life upside down 10 years ago, and I owe a lot to the man. I think I'll go pop in my Hellzapoppin' tape now.

So, I was poking around on the Internet (menupages.com, specifically) and came across this little gem in the user-submitted reviews for Hill Country, a relatively new BBQ place here in New York that bills itself as authentic north Texas BBQ.  (Yes, Michelle and I both think the place is merely average)
