He actually has mastered the buay song intonation for "ask me for what? how I know?". =) Unfortunately, the "just joking only lah" is still damn cannotmakeit.

For some reason imitating bengs is so much easier than the refined Singlish accent, don't you think? I think the former is more easily caught because it's more of a major contrast with the strong accent thing, while the skill of the intuitive casual can/hor/lah takes a long time to master. I think Ben needs to do an immersion programme. Chicken rice might help entice his enrollment. ;)
