I've started to study chess
I'm learning how to read algebraic notation in chess, which doesn't really have anything to do with algebra. This site has a lot of useful and interesting information, most importantly a huge database of chess games, old and new, some ongoing. Secret, un-compiled code
I found a secret #define the other day that was set to 0. I set it to 1 and it activated an optimization that made one of the features in Tiger 09 run 20 times more efficiently.
This is like finding gold nuggets! -
