This morning my boss took me aside to tell me that I'd be going home on the 3rd (!), and that my contract was being ended - they won't be needing me in Vancouver

Thanks. :) I expect it will sink in a little more over the rest of the day, but right now I'm kind of numb about the whole thing.

I'm kind of disappointed about not getting to live in Vancouver - I'd really been looking forward to that. But there might be other opportunities for it later.
