I JUST realized something, thanks to my lead guitarist.
First off, sidenotes.
This happened a few days ago. It just, as of a few minutes ago, hit me.

Congrats. One of the best parts of being an instrumentalist is suddenly realizing that you've transcended in terms of ability after months or years of work and feeling helpless or blind about a subject or technique.
