i think the problem is that these guys don't realise they're in the major leagues - not in the minor leagues anymore. some of them they're still in school!

people always screw things up lah. I don't think you're harsh, but unfortunately perception is reality, and people need to be managed.

actually, i can be really harsh. but i need to learn to not jump to conclusions with colleagues/staff. we all need to balance that.

you'll get used to it... just remember how it felt when you first started out. from there you'll be able to figure out how best to train those under you.
