Maybe I'm biased - but having gone through comparing schools and their philosophies, i'm feeling very proud of my school... or more to the point, of my roots...

Took me a while to remember, but my high school's motto was Fortitudine et Spe - Courage and Hope. Now that I think about it, that's a pretty strong motto for a church girls' school.

I like the first two parts of your business mission statements. a bit unclear about the last one. Maybe your co. seeks new IDEAS (or ways of looking at things), making you leaders in complementing cosmopolitan lifestyles?

hahaha. i guess i was the most clear-headed fella that nite.
i didn't even drink enough to excrete a burp unlike a 'someone' who was puking profusely while jumping up and down the platform with glee and doing head-spins in the middle of the dancefloor :P

SCGS, my beloved alma mater's values are:

MISSION STATEMENT

To develop each pupil's character and abilities to her fullest potential according to her individual pace and aspirations, so as to prepare her for meaningful roles in the community.

VISION STATEMENT

To be an asset to the country by developing capable women of character and relevance.

VALUE STATEMENT

To develop strong moral fibre and integrity among our pupils and the school values of Sincerity, Courage, Generosity and Service.

It doesn't have godly aspirations, but practical and solid. We're supposed to be "Kim-Geks" (Gold-Jade), it's all about the diginity.
