That's all fine, and I understand what you are saying...and yeah I had a lot of respect for all those guys for doing what they were doing at NPH.

I just have a problem with Justin's lame comment because:
1. Justin wasn't even at the ETID show, he's relying on what Bender said about me.
2. Justin doesn't know me personally, he knows me as his ex-girlfriend's friend.
3. In fact the same thing goes for Bender, he doesn't like me because my best friend is his ex.
4. Neither Justin nor Dave have ever spoken a word to me before.

And if you know me then you know I hate drama...I only posted in response to what they said, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned anything at all. And I respect the fact that you are sticking up for your friends, but you need to respect the fact that I'm sticking up for myself.

anyways.. i do however respect you sticking up for yourself.. and for you to be involved is stupid when you mind your own business.. my responce to your post in general goes out to all those kids out there who are fake and dont have a clue about music. I dont care what "scene" or what genre of music or whatever the hell anyone is.. my post is basicly an open debate about the kids out there that just dont have a clue.

I think that pretty much sums things up, Kyle. Hardcore isnt an image, its not about "bringing the mosh"......its about coming from the heart, and keeping the ideals, and ethics that Hardcore has been based on alive. Bands like Every time i die, Atreyu and other random bands who get miscategorized as Hardcore are where the false images, and the "elitist" attitudes come into play. Its funny to see that 90% of the kids who say they listen to hardcore, punk, or emo will never name(in some cases wont even name a single band from any of those genres) any pioneering bands, or actual bands that have shaped this underground scene. They wont mention bands like Bad religion, Descendents, or Adolscents when talking about punk. They'll never mention Killing time, Side by side, Floorpunch, Dys, or The brotherhood when talking about hardcore, and they wont mention Jawbreaker when talking about emo. Hardcore, punk, and all music for that matter is for EVERYONE, everyone who has their hearts in the right place that is. Its not about who's been

and if some 1 judges you for it...oh well what can you do? just be the bigger person and let it go.

what does it matter...who fucking cares...
justin does have balls for getting on stage and fucking screaming his heart in front of all those people and he still does...he didint care what they thought and he still doesnt...he did it because its what him & his friends love and i give him tons of credit for that...
and yes some of us were wrong for accusing him of those comments...but from experance...justin is notorius for leaving stupid comments like that...hes done it to me before...and im not blaming for this time justin and im not sticking up for him...but who cares it was a stupid comment...how about we all just get over it and let it go...?

yeah people who arent true to music and dont have true passion for it.. people who treat it like a competition only have a passion for attention. Justin and all my friends that you apparently arent fond of dont treat music like a competition. They know music because they live music.. its their life style, not just the latest cool thing.

thats already been done.. but the topic is still up for debate as long as people want to comment.. and as far as im concerned this debate will go on until everyone gets it through their head, but that could take a little longer than forever. Don't get me wrong though, my purpose of life isnt to keep some unpromising debate going and going.. I dont really care.. im just always up to write about what I know and what I take pride in.

i dont think at all that you justin or any of your friends are "scene" nore do i think that you guys treat music like a competiton..in any way. i have the up most respect for justin,sean,joe,and nick...they're band is awesome and they are true to their music and very good at what they do...and they do have a passion for music...and i fully understand that...

and pfft...not fond of justin...i love the kid..literally.
