I loved him. First loves last a lifetime. I just hope he knows that. I'll never forget what we shared, even though he probably wants to. I'll never forget the picnic we had at Bull Run. Sitting across from him and watching him eat and he stops a moment. Then he starts bouncing on his bench. I'll never forget the grin he had, and me cracking up on the other side of the picnic table.

Now that he's back, and I've seen him, a lot of memories came rushing back as I looked into his eyes. A lot of fond memories, and some fights we had. A lot we shared. Yes. I loved him.

Like I said. First loves last forever.
