Anxiety part III

So, I went to see a professional today, and, I was surprised at how good I felt afterward. She actually knew what she was talking about. Which is wonderful. So, I'm happy that I'm feeling better.

I'm so glad you recieved some comfort through talking. I'm really hope she's able to set your mind to rest about some of these worries you've been having. (I know my therapist has been a huge help, whether I've known it or not) over the past year. <3

I kinda felt cheated at the end of the session, which she called a "Getting to know" session. Lol, but I made another appointment. I just felt like i didn't talk about as much as I wanted to talk about, but, she also knows a little bit more about me that can help her make better decisions about what is going on w/ me. She also suggested some journaling, and some deep breathing. I talked to her about the deep breathing, b/c that sounded like a good Idea, but I prefer not to straight out write, I told her, I need to kind of disguise the writing, to where someone who asked, I could explain it, but the wouldn't be able to see the true meaning w/o me telling them myself. I wasn't completely closed minded to the writing, b/c as you know my writing does help, I just have to be a little covert.
