Astoria is lovely. A true sense of community and work ethic. Also, my work commute is five minutes and I'm renting a house that would probably cost $2000/month in PDX and I'm paying $1400. $700 for my share. Nice neighborhood and a beautiful view of the bay. Nice, that does sound pretty rad. I actually know a girl Denise who lives out there, owns a big daycare thing. Really rad chick from NY originally. Know her from WW. So now I know two people out that way!
Are you doing your own business thing?

I miss you. I miss your face. I hope you are doing well.
