Some people mentioned a students' party tonight and asked me to spontaneously - I had just come back from rehearsal - join them in going there. And what does myself do? Say yes, get in the mood for party, dancing, fun - and after an ice-cold walk to the party location we found it to be ... anyone guess? EMPTY!!!! Those f***ing imbeciles who spread ( Read more... )

I just came back home myself, well, not from trying to find a party in a cold Austrian winternight, but from a nice beach, white sand, palm trees, ice cream, New Orleans Jazz floating over the beach. What was really annoying: the sea (although it is the gulf stream) is still too cold to take a swim and the wind was most times too strong for a bikini-sunbath! Unfortunately my nose turned from purplered to brown!

More stories about my springbreak trip to the south of A will be given soon on my own lj! Photos included! Thanksfor your card!!!!!!! its hanging in the absolute center of our postcard wall!! With the permission of M because THEY are so tiny on the pictures and not compareable!

I want beeeaach!!!! *wails*

And here I was wondering if probably you were too engrossed in learning and homework and exams to be posting, but no, it's holidays!! *g*

I *knew* you'd like the card!! *snickers* I had to send it from Austria, because in Rome I couldn't find the note with your address, and 'Vera and Martin from Austria in Bowling Green, Ohio' wouldn't really have helped the postman...
I'll post a link to some photos as soon as I have them all developed.

And the party was the 'Rehrlheim Fest', which is instead tonight (a week later), but as on Thursday there's the 'Humbolt Fest', and I don't have much money right about now, I guess I'll miss out on the Rehrlheim and just go to the Humbolt, where I know there'll be quite good music.

And meanwhile spring has claimed us - at least for now, let's see how long it lasts - and today shall bring some 15°C; no more lovely, cuddly fake-fur coat wearing for little me... *pouts*

*huggles*
