thought i would put it up here for the record. ishtiaq - ami desher bari giye jal diye telapia mach dhorsi. as promised earlier - it is time that you eat a sushi made from telapia. although i do not have those particular telapia mach (becoz they were cooked and eaten: quite delicious i might add), we can surely get one from the market

well as long as theres good sauce to go with it...and do you have a proper sushi knife? to slice the fish really thin and proper you need a razor sharp knife...razor sharp

thanks! ppl who havent tried it, do not realize the complexities involved. actually there is a story behind the motivation. last september i went to a place in mymensingh and made an utter fool of myself trying to fish with a jal. so i made a solemn promise that i will improve. u are a friend of zub, i've added u. u can read abt the humiliating experience titled "gauripur trip".
