The house is sold!!

(Well, I didn't get a call after the buyers were scheduled to close, and I was told that no news is good news.)

I know I promised a Gothic Wars update and I promise that is on the way, but I found out today that my house appraised for $140k.  That means there are no more legal hoops to jump through for the closing!

It will officially be sold on Sept 19th!

I got a solid offer on the house and should close in 6 weeks or so.

On Monday, I got a call from my agent that she recieved a call from some random guy that had driven by the house. He didn't have a buyer's agent yet, and basically had just started the "I want to get a house" process. My agent directed him to a mortgage company to get pre-approved ( Read more... )

And YAY! for a boss/job that lets me take off 30 mins in the morning to go get it from C. City when they open!
I can't wait till I get home to play it!

I won't have a computer for about 3 months.  I can still check and post to LJ from work, but it won't be nearly as often.  Just lettin everyone know.
