They now call it "Flush the Format," but it's exactly the same premise. Lots of fun, upbeat, peppy songs - some oldies, some newer ones - to get people excited for the weekend. Of course, I also absolutely adore the morning crew of Danny, Zach and Miss Monica. Those three are probably the -only- good things about being up before 1000. ;)
