Personally, I'd almost be surprised if you didn't hear someone crying in this place recently. This whole city is overflowing with the corpses of people's loved ones, and old friends. Whether or not they are authentic has been hard to determine, and as such a great wave of sorrow has overcome much of this city. I personally haven't had much problem, as I have seen hells far worse than this, but I do pity the ones who are suffering from this.

The best advice! Eh, you're in Discedo, sooo... I suggest visiting the Northern Lights and the adjacent cafe. Supply warehouses are in the southern part of the city but it's rather dangerous.
