According to the Telegraph, match.com and facebook are to unite in creating a 'Little Black Book' application, whereby users of the madly popular social networking site can search for dates. i met the wife on the internet. that was not on a dating site, but my sister (who probably had become a bit desperate) did meet her husband that way so i have a nephew who wouldn't exist but for internet dating.

it isn't something i would have considered had i remained single but it is a whole lot more rational than the pulling girls in clubs/accidental pregnancy approaches to forming long term relationships.

by meeting anyone in whatever manner and hooking up with them you are decreasing your chances of meeting someone in another way and getting somewhere that way. if you thought you weren't you'd know you were wasting your time.
