Today I did my first training session of the Couch to 5k program. I've always wanted to be one of those really fit people who think running is fun...we'll see if I can ever get into that mindset

Ryan did that whole program last year. He got better at running, but didn't lose any weight really. Although, he has kept off the 30 pounds he lost when we first got married, so maintaining is always a good thing. He liked it! I was too lazy...
Yeah, I'm just looking to maintain really, though if I lose any, it's a bonus. Mostly, I need to exercise enough to subsidize all the beer I drink. Is that sad?
