I just finished the day 1, week 4 Couch to 5k session. I ran/walked a little less than 2.5 miles in 22 minutes! I am pretty pumped. I am super exhausted all the time (I don't believe that shit about exercise giving you more energy...since I've started running, I'm really tired ALL THE TIME). I did about six weeks of C25K before I started working in food and now the last thing I want to do after being on my feet for nine hours is run... but I think it's a great program and I'm glad you enjoy it too!
