Makes you wonder whether they're going to blame him for every piece of graffiti in the city.

I bet they're hoping that some massive fines (which as a "rich" artist he can afford) will offset some of the budget deficit.

It looks like they are trying to, yes. Wish the cops would show this kind of dedication the next time some 13 year old kid get shot in the city....or at least the dedication they show in getting traffic details....

He will be pursued persecuted for his celebrity. I doubt he'll get much in the way of support. People don't like thieves.
