Suggestion: eat something containing protein and fats shortly before bed. Cottage cheese, beef, etc. Just avoid anything heavy in carbohydrates.
Morning hunger is usually due to your body having insufficient nutrition the previous evening. Thus, slow digesting proteins and fats give your stomach something to digest over the course of the night. And no, it will not make you fat (unless you over eat).
