day 1, video 1.
eunhyuk looks to the open pod with donghae inside and then immediately turns away as the door shudders closed, the fog disintegrating as soon as the container is closed shut.
he walks away, through the only door available inside the room, with a flash drive tight in his hand.
day 13, video 2.
a computer screen flashes as kyuhyun works on it, typing and clicking various things. eunhyuk anxiously stands behind him, bottom lip bitten as he watches kyuhyun go about.
he shoots a look to the pod, wishing he could see donghae. it feels so odd without the other’s exuberant presence and kisses and voice.
day 20, video 5.
eunhyuk can’t fall asleep because the bed is too empty and the sheets are too cold.

somehow, eunhyuk makes it through each day fine, well, sort of. his friends have to remind him that donghae wouldn’t want him wasting away, and that motivates him through the stretched hours.

eunhyuk is throwing all his stuff around and he’s trying to find something, something he’s lost that he can’t live without. he’s digging through all the clothes and all the books. finally, he finds what he’s looking for and fishes it out. he holds the flashdrive close to him, grip so tight as if he’s afraid he’ll lose it again.

eunhyuk yells at kyuhyun to do anything and completely ignores the warning that kyuhyun gives him about some of the data being erased. he doesn’t think anything of it when the systems get back to normal.

the day donghae is released, it only takes one shared look between the two of them for eunhyuk to start swallowing his tears.
