ah, yes. i seems like an eternity, doesn't it? when you're waiting for 'the call.' i think what you did was best. it's easy to get all depressed and stare at the clock, or the phone (or the clock on your phone) when what you really need is to be able to put them out of your mind for a moment. there's nothing wrong with hope, as long as you remember this one simple fact: we (guys) can be supremely retarded. especially in matters of relationships. i speak from experience. try to temper your hope with a little bit of this understanding...
