Poor Jonathan. I know that it is his fault that he created something that causes him to hurt the ones he loves, but I still feel sorry for him.

Feel free to feel sorry for him, because technically (at least in this story), he didn't create Scarecrow, so much as make him that much worse.

You can't 'create' a multiple personality after all, they just appear due to trama/circimstances. The toxin just made it harder for Jonathan to keep control without medication unless he has a strong enough incentive (Scarecrow attacking Jeremiah for instance).

I'm almost sad that Jonathan's medications are leveling out soon, no more 'crow to play with until the last few chapters.

I'm about to put up an extra, outside chapter (takes place in the future of the story, but outside the fic) so stick around!
