:-) i find this a very insightful observation... currently reading *the scripture challenged*... dutch book.

the old testament shows a grumpy god killing hundreds of people each time he's grieved... and when at his diy table creating the universe, every planet and each plant and animal, he still finds time in the old testament to prescribe exactly what sort of red ribbon the peoples of the sinai desert should wear on their clothes... like he's got nothing better to do :-/ and then still demanding applause all day ;-)
