Warmer weather might mean the weight will want to let go. That's why they call it winter weight.
And there will be flowers. Flowers are nice, right?
Spring break is heading this way. That can give you a good break I hope.
Maybe you can throw in a PE credit next term?
Losing sleep to exercise is counterproductive as it fucks up the hormones, so be careful about that. They've even done research on that. Getting more sleep can help a body release weight.
So maybe more naps? Naps are good.
