End of an era. . .

Today ended an era in weather forecasting in my area. The weather anchor, Troy Dungan has been lead in the weather department at WFAA TV for 31 years. He made it sound like he was talking to only you.

He formally retired tonight.

He will be missed very much.

It's a shame when someone retires, especially someone like a weatherman who over time you get to trust with the reports. It takes time to find someone who will be as good I'm sure.

The thing is, he was from this area to begin with.

The good thing is that he hired the guy that has replace him.
