Hello! I'm in the process of making a costume and was wondering where you bought your reflective tape and what width you used? Thanks! Your costume looks fantastic!
Hi Sorry for the late reply, we just got it off ebay. But since Arleh predominately used it to her costume, (I used EL wire for mine for light up), I'd recommend getting reflective cloth strips instead than the tape, the tape doesn't hold up well with movement it started cracking almost right away, if you want your costume to last, sew in reflective cloth tape.
Hi, first I'd like to say that this is an awesomely comprehensive post. The work and effort you put into this cosplay is still impressive years later! Also I had a question about kwik grip glue. I'm having trouble locating it or even information about it, I think mainly because I'm located in the US. Could you provide advice on what kind of adhesive I'd need?
Kwik grip you should be able to get at a hardware store... in Australia we can even get it in the super market. You can use any other solvent based contact adhesive as a substitute too I think, ask you hardware store about their ranges. The other option is to try your luck hot gluing JUST the edges and stretching the fabric over... but it does mean being super duper precise... which I'm not.

I know this thread is a bit dated but all of the photo links are broken. Any way to get them reactivated? Would love to see your progress and finished product. I am working on one myself. TIA!
