I can't believe I'm not the only one. I can't describe the feeling accurately until I'm actually feeling it, so while I want to say it does feel like crushed velvet, I don't know. But something like what you described has been happening to me since...forever. I love it and hate it at the same time.

i know, that's why i asked! d= it's surprising how sometimes you think no one else has ever thought the same thought but they actaully have. it's just one of those things never discussed. i love it and hate it too.

Agreed. I don't know if this happens to you...but whenever I get this feeling, the more I try to concentrate on it and figure out how to describe it, the more elusive it is. And then it just slips away.

sometimes i feel like my brain has expanded and its pushing against my cranium. then my frontal lobe and temples kind of tinge. i think its lack of oxygen, blood circulation, or sleep. or maybe all of the above. it is these times that i like to lean on people to relieve the pressure cuz my head feels heavy.
