Oh yeah... I didn't die, the house didn't burn down much and the dryer works fine. I had a little bit of a hard time because our circuit breaker box doesn't have a main breaker shut off. How dumb is that? I followed the main line to the outside of the house to see if there was a breaker hiding out there somewhere. Nope.. Pfft. Stupid house
