[Even though the feed starts with a familiar BZZZT, this is not the sound of someone who minds it-- in fact, it is as though Cynthia hasn't even felt it. What is heard next might explain the reason of her distraction: a single scale, played on a piano. It comes off as slightly strange as the instrument is obviously out of tune, though anyone with a ( Read more... )

I did! I never thought I could find one in this place, but it was certainly a wonderful surprise!

It certainly is. This is the first I've heard of any instruments being here.

Actually, someone on the network told me they had heard of another piano, not too long before I found this one. I wonder if we can find any others...

It takes quite a few specialized tools to tune a piano, including tuning forks or something else that we know is making the right note. I don't know if we have them all here -- if there's a music store anywhere, you might look there. I would gladly accompany you, of course.

Ah, well-- When I said it needed repair, I didn't mean just tuning. See, one of the legs is broken, and several keys are loose. That can be fixed with regular tools, I believe.

But that is an excellent idea, Professor! I wouldn't want to trouble you with keeping me company, though.

I suppose, but that won't really affect the way it sounds, will it?. Unless the strings are broken altogether, it needs tuning to make music.

It's not a wise idea to go anywhere in this city alone, and I know the streets. Please, allow me.

It might, if the keys fall apart... The strings are in good condition, though, so I suppose tuning would be the next step.

And I wouldn't go by myself-- I've learned to keep Garchomp and Togekiss out at all times. If you insist, I would be happy to go with you, though.

This is Onee-san, right? Um, you know how to play the piano?

Hmm, it's me, Chihiro. And yes, I do. I've been playing the piano since I was a child.

[She brightens up instantly, and though you can't see her smiling you can probably hear it.] You must be really good then.

[She can. And she finds it adorable. ♥] Ah, I wouldn't go as far as saying that, but the few people who have heard me play did seem to enjoy it.

That's a shame. I could really use his help, in that case.

I don't mind. What do you need to ask?

Well... Takato told me it was you who managed to remove Guilmon's chip, and I was wondering if perhaps you would mind doing the same for my Pokemon. I know it's a lot to ask, but this has really been troubling them, especially Garchomp.

Even though I wasn't sure I could remove Guilmon's chip because Takato said he's made of data, I was still able to do it. So, I don't think it'll be that hard to remove the chips from your Pokemon. Do you know about the risks already?

Hmm, I've been told. Both Garchomp and Togekiss are aware of the risks, also, but they really want to be able to help more people in this place-- and so do I.
